A University of Ottawa class offers its critical perspectives on Canada’s 2015 Magnetic North Theatre Festival.
You’ll see some unfamiliar bylines on a number of reviews of productions in this year’s Magnetic North Theatre Festival posted here at New Ottawa Critics. These reviews were written by students in an intensive course at the University of Ottawa solely dedicated to the study of and engagement with the Magnetic North festival. As part of their coursework, each of the students writes a number of reviews of the Festival’s artistic programming, and we’re publishing a representative sampling of some of the best of these reviews here.
