In an exclusive “podcast”, Alesya of Solo Theater School in Atlanta, Georgia talks about her experience on a children’s theater exchange that recently happened with Once Upon a Kingdom Theatre in Ottawa, Ontario. Featuring reviews of performances “Up to Low” (novel by Brian Doyle; adapted and directed for the stage by Janet Irwin) and “The Magic Paintbrush” (produced and performed by Once Upon a Kingdom Theatre) as a creative assignment for a workshop on theatre criticism, lead by Brianna McFarlane. The collage displayed over the audio is a variety of photographs, souvenirs, memories, etc. that Alesya feels reflects her overall experience as a young theatre artist in a new place.
